Terms & Conditions

• The hours recommended are an approximate, this is not a guarantee that our entire checklist will be completed in this time slot. The estimate is based on the amount of time we usually take on similar sized houses, so we can aim for our cleaners to have sufficient time for your clean. Our cleaners are very efficient, but they can't work miracles, if the checklist isn't completed it might be an idea to book additional hour/s next time.

• Our cleaner’s are not insured to climb ladders higher than a 2 step ladder.
  
  

• Occasionally, exhaust fans, fly screens and other items (usually due to their age) can be brittle, we do not accept responsibility for any breakage of these items while we are cleaning them.

Vacate Cleans:​

• We do not guarantee you will receive your bond back. If you or a third party is not satisfied with our clean after the cleaner has left the premises, you can request additional hours at $45 p/h.
  
  

While our cleaners do carry the products, materials & tools, they are not professional window cleaners or professional oven cleaners. If you require professional oven or window cleaning, we recommend you contact a specialist in this area.

Cancellation:​

• We require at least 24 hrs notice, if you need to postpone or cancel your booking otherwise a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

• Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 13% p.a., calculated for the period the account is due until the date it is paid.
  
  

• In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm,
  you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full,
  including commission on collection of the additional costs and also including legal demand
  costs.
